About the Role
Anchor House is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join our outreach team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role while continuing hands-on support with vulnerable adults across Perth & Kinross.
You\’ll supervise a small staff team, manage your own caseload, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed support. The role also includes deputising for senior staff in other services when needed.
