Position: Area Handyperson
Anchor is a leading provider of housing services for older people. As an Area Handyperson, your role will include:
- Carrying out non-urgent day-to-day maintenance tasks in residents\β homes and on estates.
- Actively promoting this new service initiative with residents.
- Working independently to efficiently achieve high-quality maintenance standards.
About you
You are customer-focused, flexible, and respectful of older people\βs rights and independence. Excellent communication and listening skills are essential. Skills in building maintenance are required, including repairs to doors and windows, fitting locks, shelves, miscellaneous carpentry, minor plumbing repairs, and redecorations.
