About The Role: You’ll lead care with compassion and confidence – managing shifts, guiding your team, administering medication, writing and reviewing person-centred care plans, and ensuring every resident receives the high-quality, dignified care they deserve. You’ll be the go-to leader on shift, working closely with the Deputy Manager to inspire your team and uphold the highest standards.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in hands-on care
  • Strong leadership and team-coordination skills
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or working towards it)
  • Understanding of CQC standards, medication management, safeguarding and care planning
