Laundry Assistant
Location: Hampshire Lakes, Yateley
Contract: 30 hours per week | Permanent
Working Pattern: 8am - 2pm Monday - Friday
Rate of Pay: £13,45 per hour
Responsibilities will include:
- To provide a high level of customer care by ensuring residents’ laundry is handled with care, accurately logged, laundered to a high standard and returned promptly to the relevant resident.
- To maintain a clean, pleasant and safe laundry environment and communal areas, ensuring they are kept tidy and presentable at all times.
- To assist with cleaning duties within Hampshire Lakes when required, supporting the overall cleanliness, comfort and wellbeing of residents.
Required knowledge & experience:
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge is essential.
- Well organised with good time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and empathy skills and a friendly personality.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritise and plan around customer needs.
