Wetherby Manor is looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead who would act as a2nd Deputy Manager to join our team on a 23 nursing bed ward and play a key role in the day‑to‑day leadership of our luxury care home.
Working closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team, you will act as the 2nd Deputy Manager for the home, providing strong clinical leadership, supporting the nursing team and helping to ensure our residents receive the highest standards of care.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Care Home Nurse or NHS Nurse who is ready to take the next step into a senior leadership position.
What we offer
- £24.53 per hour – all hours worked are paid
- £56,283 salary equivalent
- 44 hours per week over 4 days
- 8am–8pm shifts
- Every other weekend off
- Permanent contract

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a confident, compassionate Registered Adult Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience.

Your clinical experience matters

- Bowel irrigation
- Catheter care
- Venepuncture
- Complex clinical care
- Medication management
- End‑of‑life care
- Safeguarding
- Clinical assessments and care planning
