What will you be doing?
As a Care Team Leader, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our residents receive safe, person-centred and compassionate care throughout the night.
Working closely with the Deputy Manager and wider care team, you’ll:
- Lead and support the care team during your shifts
- Allocate duties and help ensure the smooth running of the home overnight
- Support with medication administration and procedures
- Complete and contribute to care assessments and care planning
- Ensure high standards of care, dignity and safety are maintained
- Support colleagues to develop their confidence and skills
- Ensure regulatory and quality standards are consistently met
- Create a positive, supportive environment for both residents and colleagues
