Anchor Hanover Group is recruiting a Care Team Leader (Flexible) for Maple Tree Court in Kidsgrove, near Stoke-on-Trent. This 42-hour week role offers long shifts (8:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00) with alternate weekends off, designed to support a healthy work–life balance and consistent six-week rolling rota.
As a leader on the day team, you’ll supervise care staff, administer medications safely, and ensure care is delivered to the highest standards in line with CQC guidance.
