Registered Home Manager
Location:Maple Tree Court, Stoke-on-Trent
Contract: 37.5 hours | Permanent
Salary:£48,500 per annum

What you'll do:
- Lead the delivery of outstanding, person centred care, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect and individuality.
- Provide visible, compassionate leadership that inspires trust and accountability.
- Ensure Maple Tree Courtcontinues to meet the highest standards of compliance and best practice.
- Take ownership of the home’s occupancy, budget and overall performance.
- Maintain and enhance Maple Tree Court'sreputation within the local community, ensuring it remains a home of choice in Stoke on Trent.
- Oversee audits, quality assurance and governance to maintain a safe, well led service.
- Recruit, supportand inspire a talented team who share your commitment to outstanding care.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and regional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Who we're looking for:
- An experienced Registered Managerwith a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes.
- A genuine commitment to outstanding care and improving the lives of older people.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act and wider regulatory requirements.
- The ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- A proactive approach to quality improvement, problem solving and delivering positive outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the confidence to collaborate with residents, families, professionals, and colleagues.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
