At Anchor, clear, accurate and accessible information is essential to helping our colleagues and residents find the answers they need.
We’re looking for a Knowledge Manager to strengthen how knowledge is created, managed and found across Anchor.
You’ll improve how information is structured, governed, maintained and shared across colleague and resident channels.
Working closely with colleagues across Digital, Communications and Marketing, as well as content owners and subject matter experts, you’ll establish clear ownership and help teams confidently manage the information they know best.
- What you’ll be doing
- Develop and embed knowledge governance, standards and processes that improve content quality and consistency.
- Coordinate content ownership and lifecycle management, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Develop taxonomy, metadata and content structures that make information easier to navigate, search and find.
- Support a federated publishing approach, enabling teams to manage their own content effectively.
- Work with content owners and subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps, reduce duplication and improve knowledge quality.
- Use analytics, search data and user feedback to identify and drive improvements.
- Provide guidance and training to build knowledge management capability across Anchor.
- Explore future approaches to search, automation and AI-enabled knowledge retrieval.
- What you’ll bring
- Experience in knowledge management, information management, digital content or a closely related role.
- Experience developing governance, standards and content lifecycle processes.
- Strong knowledge of taxonomy, metadata and information architecture.
- Experience managing knowledge, intranet or digital content environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent written communication skills, with an understanding of content design, plain English and accessibility.
- Experience using analytics, insight or user feedback to improve content and knowledge experiences.
- Experience of Share Point or similar platforms, working within a regulated organisation, or AI-enabled search and knowledge retrieval would be useful, but isn’t essential.
