Location: London – Hybrid (approx. 3 days per week in the office, including Tuesday). The EA team provides onsite cover between 8am–5pm
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours
Salary: £50,000 per annum
More than diary management – be a trusted partner at the heart of senior leadership.
We’re looking for two experienced Executive Assistants to join our team – one supporting our CEO and the other supporting Group Directors across the business.
This is not a traditional EA role. You’ll act as a trusted partner, anticipating priorities, exercising judgement and solving problems independently to help our senior leaders perform at their best.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of complex diaries, inboxes and competing priorities, anticipating needs and ensuring senior leaders are fully prepared
- Manage senior-level meetings, events and VIP visits from end to end, including agendas, papers, actions and follow-up
- Produce high-quality briefings, reports, presentations and papers for senior, Executive and Board audiences
- Act as a proactive problem-solver across key priorities, coordinating projects, research, deadlines and actions with minimal supervision
- Manage a range of operational activity including travel, expenses, budgets, onboarding and wider EA team support
What you’ll bring
- Significant EA/PA experience supporting Executive Director-level leaders within a large organisation
- Strong organisation, judgement and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Professionalism, discretion and excellent written communication, with experience producing high-quality materials for senior audiences
- Strong digital skills, including Microsoft Office, with good understanding and experience of using AI tools
- Previous project management experience and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Join us and play a key role supporting senior leadership within a collaborative and high-performing EA team.
