Anchor Hanover Group is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Management Systems Assurance Lead to strengthen safety across our multi-site housing and care environments. This home-based role involves regular travel to sites and reports to the H&S Oversight team.
You will lead risk-based audits, assess ISO 45001 compliance, gather evidence, identify gaps, and deliver clear reports to operational teams, senior leaders and the Board.
