Job Description Job Role: Relief Dual Service Operative (Security Cleaning) Working Hours: Zero hours Pay: Β£***** per hour Location: Longton Exchange Shopping Centre Reporting to: Operations Manager Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for a Dual Service Operative (Security Cleaning) to join our established team in Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area.

The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Licence as a minimum.
You will be part of a forward thinking team that delivers a high level of customer service, assisting with the site cleaning and security and overall running of the centre.
You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, have the ability to communicate on all levels and provide flexibility to cover shifts, as and when required.
As a Relief Dual Service Operative, you will be required to support the site cleaning and security teams by being flexible and reliable to cover shifts as required, this includes working a variety of shifts.
Duties include: Protecting the client\’s property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI\’s) and site-specific procedures Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing offenders of policy and procedures Preventing and escalating incidents in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner to the Control Room/ Shift Manager/Operations Manager/Emergency Services as appropriate for serious incidents Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities Maintaining organisation\’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements React accordingly to any cleaning needs such as litter picking and reactive cleaning of spillages, mopping and upkeep of centre.
