You'll lead a workforce of 80+ security professionals, supported by a Contract Manager and supervisory team, with full responsibility for:
- Operational delivery and service excellence
- Client relationship and contract governance
- KPI performance and compliance standards
- Team leadership, development and welfare
- Driving continuous improvement across the portfolio
You'll be the strategic link between Anchor and Peel - ensuring performance, professionalism and partnership at every level.
- Multi-site / national security management experience
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercially aware and KPI-driven
- Valid frontline SIA Licence
- Confident managing compliance, H&S and people processes
