An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our established security team at Trafford Palazzo. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day security operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, customers, visitors, and tenants. You will work closely with site management and the client to ensure the highest standards of service delivery are consistently met.
A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential for this role, and a CCTV licence is highly desirable.
Duties include:- Protect the client’s property, people, and assets in accordance with site Assignment Instructions (AIs) and procedures
- Prevent loss and damage by identifying and reporting irregularities and enforcing site policies
- Lead and coordinate emergency procedures, evacuations, and incident responses when required
- Follow all escalation procedures with Anchor Group Services and Centre Management
- Support Control Room and CCTV operations, ensuring GDPR compliance and accurate documentation
- Oversee daily security operations, including effective control of keys and equipment
- Ensure all health & safety inspections and patrols are completed in line with site compliance requirements
- Report all incidents, accidents, damage, defects, and near misses promptly via verbal communication followed by detailed written reports
- Maintain a safe, helpful, and secure environment at all times
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating to senior management when required
- A full 5-year checkable employment history
- A valid frontline SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Strong customer service skills and the confidence to manage conflict appropriately
- Flexibility to meet operational requirements
