Job Role: Mobile Response Officer (Security)
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 42 hours per week average (12 hours shift) - must be flexible to cover day and night shifts when required.
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Location: Working out of Chester Business Park, CH4 9QE
Reporting to: Support Services Manager
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced Mobile Response Officer to join our established mobile security team based out of Chester Business Park. The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Licence and a full UK Driving Licence as a minimum. You will be responsible for alarm activation/deactivation, locking and unlocking of client buildings and liaising with the Support Services Manager and the 24-Hour Control Room to maintain an excellent standard of services to our clients.
Duties include:
- Following set run sheets and completing appropriate documentation
- Locking and unlocking sites
- Completing foot patrols and building checks
- Attending alarm activations
- Conducting site and welfare checks
- Liaising with emergency services when attending incidents
- Completing company vehicle checks
- Conducting parking enforcement and monitoring duties
Requirements
- Full 5-year employment checkable history
- Valid frontline SIA licence DS or SG
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Basic vehicle upkeep and maintenance knowledge associated with a driving role
- Basic computer/smartphone literacy
- Good customer service skills, experience of conflict resolution and the confidence to handle confrontational situations in the correct manner
- Good written and verbal communication, time-keeping skills and punctuality, with flexibility to meet the job requirements
