Job Role: Multi-Site Security Officer
Working Hours: Zero hours
Location: Various locations β Covering sites within 60 Miles Of NN11 8NF, including Daventry, Coventry, Stanton Harcourt, Bicester, Kettering and Derby.
Reporting to: Operations Manager / Regional Supervisor
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced Security Officer to join our established security team as a Multi-Site Officer.
The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Licence as a minimum. You will be required to provide a high level of customer service to visitors to the site, complete patrols and remain vigilant at all times.
Duties
- Protecting the clientβs property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AIβs) and site-specific procedures.
- Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing offenders of policy and procedures.
- Preventing and escalating incidents in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner to the Control Room/ Shift Manager/Operations Manager/Emergency Services as appropriate for serious incidents.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Maintaining the organisation\βs stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Acting as a first line support to customers and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service.
- Understanding the needs of our customer, respond accordingly to customer queries and requests and take appropriate action.
- Maintaining professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Full 5-year employment checkable history.
- Valid frontline SIA licence DS or SG
- Valid UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
- Customer Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner.
- Flexible to meet the job requirements.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Smart appearance and be well-groomed.
- Reliable and punctual.
- High level of enthusiasm and passion.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
