The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and pupils to create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Your day might include:

• Supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups
• Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Helping manage behaviour and encourage engagement
• Providing extra help to pupils with additional learning needs
• Supporting teachers with resources, preparation, and supervision

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a TA or working with children (school, tutoring, childcare, or volunteering)
• A genuine passion for education and pupil development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
