Anchor Conzult is currently partnering with a number of well-regarded secondary schools and multi-academy trusts across Kent, including Maidstone and surrounding areas, to recruit qualified teachers across core subjects – Maths, English, and Science.

With increasing demand across our partner schools, we are looking to support both long-term contract placements and permanent hires, offering flexibility to suit your career goals.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across KS3–KS5 (depending on experience), supporting student attainment, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment.

We are looking for:

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
  • Specialisms in Mathematics, English, or Science
  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and student development
