About the Role

We are currently supporting a number of schools and education settings across North West London who are seeking reliable and attentive Exam Invigilators to support during busy exam periods. This role is essential in ensuring exams are conducted in a fair, secure and controlled environment, in line with examination board regulations. This is a flexible, casual role, ideal for individuals looking for part-time or seasonal work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising students during examinations
  • Ensuring exam conditions are maintained at all times
  • Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials
  • Checking attendance and verifying candidate details
  • Responding to student queries in line with exam regulations
  • Reporting any irregularities or incidents during the exam
  • Ensuring exams start and finish in accordance with timings

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
  • Reliable, punctual and professional approach
  • Ability to remain calm and vigilant for extended periods
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
