Anchor Children Services is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a children’s home in Bath and/or Bristol. You will deputise for the Registered Manager, lead staff, and act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to help achieve a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.
You will oversee safeguarding, staff development, and care planning while coordinating with authorities. A Level 3 Diploma is required, with progression towards Level 5; a UK driving licence and a DBS check are essential.
