Anchor Care and Education LTD is seeking a Youth Development Support Worker in Grantham to support 6–18 year olds who have faced trauma and neglect. You will help create a safe, therapeutic home environment where residents build confidence, independence and resilience.
The role requires a calm, patient approach, strong communication, and teamwork. Sponsorship is not available, and full UK driving licence with access to a car is preferred. Training and funded Level 3 qualifications are provided.
