Are you passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children and young people?
Anchor Care and Education is growing and we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Youth Development Support Workers to join our team.
You’ll be supporting young people aged 6–18 who have experienced trauma, neglect and other significant challenges. Our aim is to create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic home where young people can build confidence, develop independence and thrive.

Requirements
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people
- A calm and patient approach to dysregulated behaviour
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding
- Level 3/4 Residential Childcare or a willingness to work towards it – fully funded and supported
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
What we offer:
- Full training and induction
- Fully funded Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification
- DBS and annual update fee covered
- Meals provided on shift
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
All shifts are 8am–9pm, giving you every other long weekend off.
