The Anchor is a town centre business in the heart of Burton upon Trent, with many city centre facilities nearby, including a popular and busy shopping centre. Inside, the Anchor has a large single room operation with a central bar area and a small guest level catering kitchen for an operator to run their own food offer, which would be 100% their income. Outside, there is a spacious terrace to the rear of the business, perfect for keeping guests when the sun is shining.
The pub has the ability to cater for a wide spectrum of guests given the large trading area and location. It currently enjoys vibrant weekend trade but would benefit from more activity during weekdays. The Anchor is currently averaging £8,000 a week in wet sales, but this could be more with the introduction of regular activity during the week.
We are looking for passionate partners, preferably with previous experience in running a late-night licensed business.
