Bar Manager position available in a Hotel in Cumbria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our client’s dedicated team and deliver exceptional service to their valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling and customer service.
- Training, supervising and motivating bar staff to deliver top-notch service.
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with Restaurant service at busy times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager for a minimum of 3 years.
- Hotel / Restaurant/ Pub experience.
- English language proficiency.
- Currently living in UK/Skilled Worker Visa.
- Driving Licence (preferred).
