ANCC Studio is looking for a highly organised and proactive Studio Assistant with an admin and finance background to support the smooth day-to-day running of our creative studio. This part‑time role (2 days per week) is ideal for someone with experience in creative agency operations, finance administration, and general studio support. You will work closely with the Studio Manager, providing essential administrative, financial, and organisational assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and collate invoices according to project and client.
- Receive and organise studio expense receipts.
- Maintain the studio accounts email inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper filing.
- Report any delays, missed payments, or irregularities to the Studio Manager.
- Track and chase outstanding and overdue invoices in coordination with relevant team members.
Administrative Duties
- Complete project reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining the studio diary.
- Carry out general administrative tasks and support day‑to‑day studio upkeep.
- Provide hands‑on support to both the Studio Manager and Creative Director.
Required Skills
- Experience working within a creative studio or agency environment, ideally in an administrative, finance, or bookkeeping capacity.
- Competence in financial software & Google Drive.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional and proactive approach to financial management.
