ANCC Studio is building a roster of e-commerce Graphic Designers for ongoing projects. This is a roster call-out. We won't respond to immediate submissions. Portfolios are reviewed on a rolling basis and we'll be in touch when a brief aligns. London-based or remote.

The Role

  • Design and produce e-commerce assets across web, email, and social, maintaining brand consistency at volume.
  • Build and adapt templates for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and BAU content across multiple brands.
  • Create banners, landing page layouts, email headers, and social assets, working from established guidelines.
  • Prepare and resize files for production, ensuring assets are platform-ready and pixel-accurate.
  • Support the wider creative team with deck builds, mood boards, and presentation materials when needed.

The Candidate

  • A clean, confident design sensibility with strong typography and layout instincts.
  • Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Comfortable working across e-commerce, email, social, and web asset formats.
  • Experience producing high-volume digital assets to tight deadlines without dropping quality.
  • An understanding of file formats, colour profiles, and export specs for web and print.
  • Organised and methodical, able to manage multiple briefs and revisions in parallel.
  • Comfortable working within brand guidelines while bringing a refined eye to templated work.
  • London-based or able to work to UK hours, with availability for in-studio days when needed.

Working with ANCC

  • Freelance or contract-based, tied to project scopes and POs.
  • Collaboration with our Creative, Production, and Post teams.
  • Primarily remote, with occasional in-studio days for shoots or campaign kicks.
  • Opportunities across e-commerce design, campaign assets, and brand collateral.
