About The Role Field Technician Location: Dorset/Wiltshire Field-Based Salary: £27,348 to £32,515(dependent on experience) Role Type: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus stand-by rota Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, paid birthday day off, annual bonus scheme, Westfield health cashback plan, generous pension scheme, flexible working hours, life assurance, enhanced maternity and paternity benefits. As part of the essential front-line operations service, you will be joining a collaborative and welcoming team that is responsible for ensuring that planned and reactive work is completed to a high standard and to schedule. This role helps make sure our clean and wastewater assets are operated and maintained effectively across our various sites and that our customers are kept well-informed throughout planned and reactive works. Youll be responsible for ensuring that all activity is undertaken in line with contractual agreements and internal procedures.
