Location: Barnsley, S75 1JN

Salary: c£26,000 per annum pro-rata (depending on experience)

Role Type: Maternity Cover, Fixed Term Contract to 31st March 2026, Part-Time, 17 hours per week (days to be discussed at interview)

At the heart of the action, you’ll be coordinating repairs and maintenance across over 1,000 Ministry of Defence sites. That’s a third of the UK relying on us to keep things moving, so we need process-driven, resilient and customer-focused problem solvers to join our team. You’ll be scheduling works, liaising with customers and operational staff and ensuring jobs are recorded, progressed, and delivered to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering and logging calls and emails swiftly
  • Managing a busy inbox full of internal and external requests
  • Capturing key details from customer interactions and keeping our systems updated
  • Tracking, scheduling, and supervising repair and maintenance jobs
  • Coordinating field-based colleagues and keeping operations running smoothly
  • Handling job feedback and making improvements along the way
