The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.
3 month + contract paying up to £1,000 per day Umbrella or Limited Co.
The role can be fully remote or hybrid based in one of their offices (Sittingbourne, Copenhagen or Dusseldorf).
Job Description and experience required:
- Finance / Systems expertise to migrate 5 German legal entities from Datev to Microsoft Business Central.
- Work with existing German finance team to understand current set up and requirements in new system.
- Work with Business Central tech consultant to deliver integrations if / where required e.g. with billing systems (new), with Continia Document Capture / Payment Management (in use in other companies).
- Agree the set up required with Group Finance team in UK / Denmark (including mapping Chart of Accounts, Dimension use, standard group Masterdata set up).
- Set up the BC entities as required – matching group set up / structure including AP workflows.
- Work with key finance team personnel to agree customer, vendor and general ledger data to be migrated (including balance history).
- Support German team with UAT / training.
- Ensure compliance with German accounting regulations and tax compliance through the setup chosen.
- English and German languages must both be spoken fluently with good written communication in both.
