The role can be fully remote or hybrid based in one of their offices (Sittingbourne, Copenhagen or Dusseldorf) Job Description and experience required: Finance / Systems expertise to migrate 5 German legal entities from Datev to Microsoft Business Central Work with existing German finance team to understand current set up and requirements in new system Work with Business Central tech consultant to deliver integrations if / where required e.g. with billing systems (new), with Continia Document Capture / Payment Management (in use in other companies) Agree the set up required with Group Finance team in UK / Denmark (including mapping Chart of Accounts, Dimension use, standard group Masterdata set up) Set up the BC entities as required – matching group set up / structure including AP workflows Work with key finance team personnel to agree customer, vendor and general ledger data to be migrated (including balance history) Support German team with UAT / training. Ensure compliance with German accounting regulations and tax compliance through the setup chosen. English and German languages must both be spoken fluently with good written communication in both.
