, you'll help grow AGL by creating new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships and supporting the commercial team.

You’ll receive ongoing mentoring from senior leaders while developing the commercial skills needed to become a future Business Development Manager or Commercial Manager.

  • Your Responsibilities
  • Identify and research new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals and proactive outreach.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across multiple industries.
  • Attend customer meetings throughout the UK.
  • Support framework applications and tender submissions.
  • Work alongside our operations team to develop client solutions.
  • Maintain our CRM system and sales pipeline.
  • Represent AGL at networking events, exhibitions and industry conferences.
