We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to help shape brands with human connection. Come and join our close-knit, collaborative team. It's lively, varied and always interesting. We take the work seriously, but never ourselves. You'll lead integrated accounts end-to-end, bringing together strategy, creative and digital, and play an active role in pitches and new business.

You'll have at least 5 years' agency experience. We work in place, property, infrastructure, and hospitality as well as with exciting culture brands. A willingness to roll your sleeves up and a sense of humour will mean you fit in perfectly. You'll work with a range of clients including Oxford Street Development Corporation, Horniman Museum & Gardens, Visit Jersey, Adlington (New Town), City of London, Vauxhall, and developers Criterion Capital and Third.i.

Experience
  • Minimum 5 years at a brand or design agency
  • Strategic understanding of brand and a love of the creation process
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Confident using AI tools for research, content and insight generation
  • Experience managing web build from strategy through to delivery
  • Delivery of print and digital including web, film and animation
  • Knowledge of the marketing mix
  • Property and destination marketing experience (preferred)

Pay & benefits

Up to £50,000 depending on experience + discretionary bonus. Flexible working, 3 days in, 2 days from home. AXA health insurance after 6 months. 3 days paid extra holiday over Christmas. Cycle to work scheme. 2 charity work days per year.
