Content and Community Manager – @anatomelondonanatome is a science-led wellness brand. We’re looking for a Junior Social Video Editor who edits with intent — someone motivated by watch time, retention, saves, shares, and growth, not just good-looking cuts. This sits alongside content posting and related activities.
This is a video-first role for someone early in their career with strong editing skills, sharp platform instincts, and the ambition to get better through iteration and performance feedback. All work is iPhone based using relevant apps to shape and edit content.
The Role
- Edit short-form video for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, plus occasional longer YouTube content.
- Shape edits around hooks, pacing, captions, and structure to maximise retention and engagement.
- Create supporting assets such as cut-downs, thumbnails, captions, and simple motion where needed.
- Help with filming content when required (phone-first is fine).
- Review performance metrics and apply learnings to future edits.
What we’re looking for
- Proven video editing ability (portfolio/examples required).
- Comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar.
- Strong understanding of how editing decisions impact reach and engagement.
- Motivated by performance metrics and audience response.
- Organised, proactive, and excited to learn quickly.
- Genuine interest in social platforms and how content travels.
