We're Hiring! Join our team as a Full-Time Staff Senior Electrical Engineer at Anasuria Operating Company Limited (AOC). AOC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. AOC is a joint operating company established in 2015, focused on exploration, development, and production of oil and gas in the Anasuria Cluster. As the Senior Electrical Engineer at Anasuria, you play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems onboard our FPSO. You are responsible for providing technical expertise and discipline leadership to support the planning and execution of critical maintenance activities, ensuring equipment is maintained in line with regulatory and company requirements. The role is focused on maintaining electrical system integrity, managing discipline-based risks, and supporting operational decision-making to maximise asset uptime and performance.
You will work closely with offshore teams, vendors, and cross-discipline engineers to ensure effective maintenance delivery, defect management, and compliance with the asset’s safety and performance standards. In addition, you will proactively identify and deliver improvement initiatives across safety, emissions reduction, and asset life extension. This includes optimising maintenance strategies within the CMMS, improving reliability performance, and supporting continuous improvement of maintenance planning and execution processes to ensure long-term asset sustainability.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Support development and close-out of Operational Risk Assessments
- Provide electrical discipline input to safety studies and HSEx inspections
- Ensure compliance with Electrical Safety Rules and regulatory requirements
- Promote safe system of work and discipline adherence offshore and onshore
- Identify and implement improvements aligned to emissions reduction and Net Zero target
Strategic Priorities
- To support and promote the industry Principles of Process Safety Leadership within AOC
- Lead, implement and communicate AOC’s Vision and Strategy to the asset organisation and key stakeholders
- Promote industry best practices and new technology being applied for maintenance management
- Advise any changes to legislation and ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Contribute to Asset Life Extension initiatives to support the COP target of 2035.
Asset Responsibilities
- Manage and align electrical vendor scopes with the compliance window; maintenance plan and schedule.
- Focal point for main electrical vendors.
- Responsible for electrical maintenance backlog and lookahead activities; ensuring that any deferrals are work flowed and managed appropriately.
- Develop and optimise electrical maintenance strategies
- Own and support electrical elements of Management of Change (MoC)
- Provide electrical engineering input to the development and execution of brownfield projects.
- Support ICP inspections and drive action close-out.
- Owner of EX register and associated compliance.
- Provide input to the 6-week, 90-day, and 6Q integrated asset plans.
- Develop and manage annual budgets to support ongoing maintenance and improvement initiatives.
- Manage electrical risks on the BIS Risk Register.
- Support reliability and maintenance incentives to ensure high equipment uptime on the asset.
- Manage critical spares in line with the maintenance strategy for all electrical equipment.
- Support loss investigations and progress improvement plans based on RCA/Investigation findings.
- Conduct periodic visits offshore to conduct audits and support offshore personnel.
- Attend monthly meetings with Electrical TA and drive action close-out.
