Join our team as a Contracts Specialist on a contract basis at Anasuria Operating Company Limited (AOC). AOC is seeking a highly motivated Contracts Specialist to join our team. AOC is a joint operating company established in 2015, focused on exploration, development, and production of oil and gas in the Anasuria Cluster. This role would suit an individual in the early stages of their contracts and commercial career, looking to progress from an administrative or assistant-level position. Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and related documentation. This involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as relevant Support Functions including Legal, Finance, and Operations, and occasionally the AOC Leadership Team, as well as external stakeholders such as suppliers and contractors. You will provide timely contractual administration and compliance support that aligns with business needs, all while minimising overall risk to the organisation. Additionally, this position plays an important part in ensuring strict compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and procurement procedures. Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal stakeholders are crucial elements of the role, helping to foster transparency and accountability throughout the contract lifecycle.

Occasionally, the role will require providing holiday or sickness cover for the AOC Senior Buyer. This includes sourcing goods and services at market competitive costs and processing both Purchase and Service Orders using our ERP System (Maximo), ensuring business continuity and efficiency.
