Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated IP Team Leader to join our small friendly team in our London office. The IP Team Leader will manage the Recordals team for our international client base. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be a self-starter wanting to learn new skills. Being a team player is essential to this role.
Principal Duties
- Effectively and timely managing a number of recordals projects in accordance with established processes and procedures;
- Diligently manage supporting documents for each country;
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal clients to keep portfolio records current and valid;
- Manage reconciliation to ensure the projects are delivered within budget;
- Managing the agent network to support delivery timelines;
- Engaging in continuous process improvement;
- Maximise the efficiency of all business procedures;
- Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments;
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise;
- Supervising the work of your direct reports.
Requirements
- Successful experience in a similar position;
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Paralegal skills and knowledge of Intellectual Property are strongly preferred;
- Superb attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple complex tasks that come together under one deadline;
- Ability to diligently review various documents and client files;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, subject matter experts, and administrative professionals;
- Motivated by a fast-paced team environment;
- Has a can-do spirit and is proactive in providing concrete solutions;
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism;
- Ability to work independently and to manage time well.
