Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to join our team in our London office. The Team Leader will manage the IP recordals team for our international client base. Working closely with the IP recordal Director, you will lead and supervise a team of Project Managers dedicated to recordal projects. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will manage communications, ensure smooth project execution, and maintain compliance across multiple jurisdictions. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you will define and implement operational guidelines, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, while being comfortable interacting with clients, resolving issues efficiently, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Manage the IP recordals team for an international client base and supervise Project Managers dedicated to recordal projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients; manage communications and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Define and implement operational guidelines; establish KPIs; drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Effectively and timely managing a number of recordals projects in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Diligently manage supporting documents for each country.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain compliance.
- Manage reconciliation to ensure the projects are delivered within budget.
- Define and implement operational strategies; drive process improvements.
- Supervise, mentor, and empower team members.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role or related project management.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Paralegal skills and knowledge of Intellectual Property are strongly preferred.
- Superb attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple complex tasks that come together under one deadline.
- Ability to diligently review various documents and client files.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, subject matter experts, and administrative professionals.
- Motivated by a fast-paced team environment.
- Has a can-do spirit and is proactive in providing concrete solutions.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and to manage time well.
- Fluency in English; additional languages appreciated (French, German).
