The Junior Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders to schedule candidate interviews, maintain interview scheduling tools, and develop scalable processes in a hybrid setting with two days per week in Manchester or London.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule candidate interviews across the business using an interview scheduling tool.
  • Maintain and update the interview scheduling tool to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to attract the right talent.
  • Liaise with internal partners to develop process efficiencies and create scalable, repeatable processes for a growing organization.
  • Identify areas for improvement with an operational focus.
  • Operate with integrity, respect, empathy, and high personal standards around confidentiality, continuously building personal credibility.

Qualifications

  • Up to 1 year in HR/People-related roles in a fast‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
  • Independent self‑starter with an appetite for learning and managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for detail and 100% data accuracy.
