We seek an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team as a technical leader and individual contributor. You will drive technical decisions, lead complex projects, and mentor junior and mid‑level developers while building scalable web applications and cloud‑based solutions using modern technologies. Your Impact

  • Technical Leadership & Architecture
    • Lead technical design and architecture decisions for complex, scalable systems
    • Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes across the team
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and architectural approaches
    • Design and implement scalable web applications using .NET Framework/Core/5+ and modern UI frameworks
  • Development & Delivery
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code that serves as an example for the team
    • Lead complex technical projects from conception to delivery
    • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third‑party services
    • Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) to design, deploy and maintain scalable applications
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid‑level developers
    • Lead code reviews and drive improvements to development standards and processes
    • Collaborate with engineering teams, product management, and design to implement technical solutions
    • Present technical solutions and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
    • Participate in hiring decisions and conduct technical interviews
  • Process & Quality
    • Lead implementation of automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipeline development
    • Drive technical discussions and facilitate architectural decision‑making
    • Lead Agile/Scrum practices and contribute to sprint planning and estimation
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full software development lifecycle
    • Champion performance optimization and scalability considerations
  • Innovation & Growth
    • Stay current with emerging technologies and drive adoption of improvements to existing systems
    • Lead knowledge sharing initiatives and technical training within the team
    • Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decision records

Your Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated technical leadership
  • Expert‑level proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core/5+ development
  • Strong experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js)
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS
  • Advanced proficiency in database design and development (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
  • Deep expertise in software architecture patterns and ability to design scalable, distributed systems
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
  • Strong background in API design and development (REST, JSON, GraphQL)
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and test‑driven development
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
  • Proven experience leading technical projects and cross‑functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior and mid‑level developers
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum practices and technical ceremonies
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to various audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to make technical decisions considering business impact
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
