Anaplan is looking for a Product Manager to help drive the development of our platform to serve a global and diverse user base. This person will be instrumental in executing our product strategy to deliver applications across the globe in different languages that meet modern accessibility requirements. This is a data-driven and customer-oriented role for someone with a passion for creating inclusive and scalable solutions.

Your Impact

  • Work with the product team to define and drive the vision and roadmap for the Anaplan platform’s internationalisation, localisation, and accessibility capabilities.
  • Understand the nuances of global markets and diverse users. Be the voice of the customer for users with varying linguistic needs and abilities, ensuring the platform’s applications are usable and effective for all markets.
  • Define processes that support a global-first application framework, ensuring performance and scalability across different languages and regions that can be built by application teams.
  • Work with Product leadership, UX, Engineering, and local GTM teams on roadmap to deliver a truly global product.
  • Drive end-to-end experiences: writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria for internationalisation and accessibility (WCAG), configurability for varying regions, and working with engineering and QA to deliver high-quality, compliant experiences.
  • Analyse user data to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement in our global and accessible feature sets.
  • Create enablement material, including technical documentation and support guides, for our global features and accessibility compliance.
  • Effectively collaborate across global teams to create alignment between engineering teams and other product stakeholders.
  • Meet with customers, users, prospects, and partners to communicate Anaplan’s product vision for a global and accessible platform of applications.

Your Skills

  • Proven experience working as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, preferably with experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Experience in building or working with complex data models where changes can have repelling effects.
  • Experience with internationalisation (i18n) and localisation (l10n) of software products, and a strong understanding of the challenges of delivering a single product to a global audience.
  • Strong data modeling and data analysis skills, with the ability to use data to inform product strategy and decisions.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps that address technical and user-facing features.
  • Highly analytical and able to troubleshoot complex issues related to data, language, and accessibility; candidates should be able to go from high-level strategy to low-level detail very easily.
