We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to act as a strategic leader at the very heart of our platform's evolution. This isn't just about managing timelines; it's about orchestrating the programs that will define the future of our Connected Planning platform, from scaling our core calculation engine to launching new AI-driven forecasting capabilities. You will be a trusted advisor to our VPs of Engineering and Product, translating complex technical trade‑offs into clear business implications to help them make the right strategic bets for Anaplan's future.
Your Impact
- Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership on program structure and high‑impact decisions.
- Orchestrate and drive Anaplan's most critical initiatives, from core infrastructure migrations to new module launches for enterprise customers.
- Serve as the central communication hub between Engineering, Product, and Architecture to resolve conflicts and drive toward shared goals.
- Elevate the entire program management function by mentoring team members and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Create clarity from ambiguity by leading program kickoff, defining clear roles, and establishing processes for large‑scale success.
- Develop and maintain advanced roadmaps, creating a single source of truth for status, dependencies, and risks.
- Champion and innovate with Agile and SAFe practices to continuously improve how we deliver value.
Your Skills
- Proven experience managing complex software product development programs at Enterprise scale with a deep understanding of the full SDLC.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leadership, translating technical details into a strategic executive narrative.
- Exceptional leadership, diplomacy, and communication skills, with an ability to manage ambiguity and drive alignment without direct authority.
- A genuine passion for developing talent, with experience formally or informally mentoring and coaching team members.
- Deep experience with risk management, release planning, and dependency tracking in modern tools like Jira & Confluence.
