Overview

In this role you will help ensure Gen AI features are reliable and trustworthy by building automated test coverage for AI-driven workflows.

You will shape evaluation strategies, metrics, and datasets for LLM-powered applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve model behavior and product quality.

The position emphasizes end-to-end testing, including API, UI, and performance aspects, within a culture focused on customer success and continuous innovation.

This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to influence how Gen AI quality is measured and maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and run end-to-end automated test coverage across evaluations, APIs, UIs, and performance tests using Python
  • Design testing strategies for Gen AI features, including conversational AI and LLM-powered workflows
  • Maintain automated test suites for prompt testing and regression to monitor model behavior
  • Support evaluation frameworks measuring Gen AI performance across accuracy, relevance, safety, consistency, and latency
  • Curate high-quality test datasets and golden examples representing diverse scenarios
  • Assist in adversarial testing to identify hallucinations or biases and support production alerting integration
  • Utilise internal tools and testing frameworks to validate Gen AI code and assist with user acceptance testing
  • Document testing procedures and known issues for the workstream

  • Solid QA or test engineering experience with exposure to AI/ML systems
  • Hands-on Python coding experience
  • Knowledge of Gen AI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI patterns
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting (Python, Pytest, API, UI Testing)
  • Understanding of functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
  • Ability to execute tests for non-deterministic systems
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and backend testing
