Anaplan seeks a Junior Recruiting Coordinator to work with multiple partners, including Talent Acquisition Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders. Hybrid working with two days/week in either our Manchester or London office.

Your Impact
  • Work with the recruiting team to schedule candidate interviews across the business using an interview scheduling tool.
  • Manage the interview scheduling tool to ensure it is up to date and continued efforts for operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on recruiting efforts to attract the right talent.
  • Liaise with internal partners to develop process efficiencies and create scalable and repeatable processes for a growth organization.
  • Identify areas of improvement, leading with an operational focus.
  • Operate with integrity, respect, empathy, and high personal standards around confidentiality, continuously building personal credibility.
Your Qualifications
  • Up to 1 year in HR/People-related roles in a fast-growth/fast-paced environment.
  • Independent self-starter, with an appetite for learning and working across multiple projects and programs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for details and 100% data accuracy.
  • Self-starter comfortable with problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Ambitious self-learner, with the ability to learn on the fly.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to be agile/flexible and to prioritize and meet target dates, as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees/managers at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS (applicant tracking system).

  • Technology, software, and SaaS industry experience.
