Role Summary: As the Identity Security Manager, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for architecting and executing the vision for Identity and Access Management at Anaplan. You will build and lead a team dedicated to establishing a modern security paradigm.
Your Impact:
- Build a Zero Trust Identity Framework: Architect and drive the strategy for a modern, zero-trust identity framework focused on the principle of continuously verifying every account, service, and device to ensure secure access across the enterprise.
- Hands-On Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of identity security professionals. Lead from the front by actively participating in the design, deployment, and operation of IAM technologies.
- Implement Core Capabilities: Oversee the deployment and integration of cutting-edge identity tools to deliver key services, including:
- Integrating with HR systems to automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role changes.
- Implementing a robust PAM solution to discover, vault, and monitor privileged accounts and sessions, including Just-in-Time (JIT) access.
- Establishing regular access certification campaigns and enforcing the Principle of Least Privilege across the organization.
Your Qualifications: We are looking for a visionary leader with deep expertise in the identity and access management space and a passion for building programs from the ground up. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing and developing an identity-focused team.
- Technical Deployment Experience: A strong track record of successfully deploying and managing enterprise-scale IAM and PAM tools.
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge across the identity security landscape, including lifecycle management, access reviews, and governance.
- PAM Implementation Experience: Direct, hands-on experience with the rollout of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution in a corporate environment is highly sought after.
- Strategic Vision: The ability to develop a long-term strategy and a phased roadmap for maturing an organization's identity capabilities.
- Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across the company to drive change.
