Anaplan seeks a Junior Recruiting Coordinator to work with multiple partners, including Talent Acquisition Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders. Hybrid working with two days/week in either our Manchester or London office.
Your Impact
- Work with the recruiting team to schedule candidate interviews across the business using an interview scheduling tool;
- Manage the interview scheduling tool to ensure it is up to date and continued efforts for operational efficiency;
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on recruiting efforts to attract the right talent;
- Liaise with internal partners to develop process efficiencies and create scalable and repeatable processes for a growth organization;
- Identify areas of improvement, leading with an operational focus;
- Operate with integrity, respect, empathy, and high personal standards around confidentiality, continuously building personal credibility.
Your Qualifications
- Up to 1 year in HR/People-related roles in a fast-growth/fast-paced environment;
- Independent self-starter, with an appetite for learning and working across multiple projects and programs;
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Passion for details and 100% data accuracy;
- Self-starter comfortable with problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making;
- Ambitious self-learner, with the ability to learn on the fly;
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to be agile/flexible and to prioritize and meet target dates, as well as multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to establish trust and credibility with employees/managers at all levels;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ATS (applicant tracking system).
