Anaplan is seeking a Director, Partner Success – EMEA to join our Channels & Alliances team, reporting to the VP, Global Partner Growth. This is a player‑coach role for an expert in Finance. As a leader and coach of the regional Partner Success team, you will play a pivotal role in building, enabling and scaling the partner ecosystem and the regional Partner Success team. You will also be responsible for partner enablement for a specific territory. This role collaborates across PS, CS, products, Apps CoEs, marketing, alliances and sales to ensure partners are equipped with the tools, resources, and strategies to successfully market, sell, and implement our Apps‑led strategy. The Partner Success team is a strategic driver for increasing Partner adoption and success.
Responsibilities
- Partner Enablement Execution: Lead the execution of a comprehensive partner enablement strategy that aligns with Anaplan’s growth objectives and partner needs, covering SIs, ISVs, and Cloud partners.
- Partner‑Led Delivery Excellence: Lead and improve the partner delivery excellence program to ensure high‑quality partner‑led implementations and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Partner Success specialists; mentor and empower the team, focusing on career growth and workforce development.
- Joint Operating Model: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Apps CoEs, PS, CS, and other internal teams to define and execute a joint operating model for success programs that accelerate GTM outcomes.
- Outcome‑Based Enablement: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the impact of enablement programs, assess partner readiness, and identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
- Cross‑Collaboration: Interact with senior leadership internally and externally; play an important role in overall partner advocacy.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years SaaS Leadership experience scaling partner enablement and go‑to‑market teams within high‑growth, mid‑stage enterprise environments.
- Strategic financial acumen: Extensive experience managing SaaS revenue streams and lifecycle measures, with a finance background to drive partner ROI and fiscal alignment.
- Enterprise Expertise: 5+ years of management experience delivering to Fortune 500 clients through GSIs and strategic technology partners.
- Technical Authority: Expertise in driving solution discussions across Data, AI, and ML, including predictive, generative, and agentic AI technologies.
- Growth Catalyst: Deep experience scaling consulting and tech partner programs focused on increasing revenue and retention.
