Senior Accounts Payable Analyst - Part Time

We are looking for a self‑motivated part‑time (3 days per week) Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our growing team at our new office in Bracknell, UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supplier Invoice Processing: match invoices to purchase orders and proactively liaise with suppliers to resolve queries.
- Procurement Partnership: help onboard new suppliers and partner with Procurement to ensure the PO process runs smoothly.
- Core AP Duties: perform AP reconciliations, post prepayments and accruals, and review new supplier set‑ups.
- Ad‑hoc Banking & Tax: carry out supplier settlement runs, intercompany payments, payments to tax authorities, bank reconciliations and liaise with banking partners.
- Cross‑Functional Support: assist the wider accounting team on system rollouts, testing, partner engagements, invoice processing and other duties as required.
More about you:
- Global Experience: able to serve the Americas and/or APAC markets, with solid exposure to multi‑entity groups and multi‑currency invoices.
- Accounting & Tax Knowledge: comfortable with core accounting concepts (balance sheet, P&L, accruals, prepayments, journals) and familiar with tax compliance (e.g., US sales/use tax, GST).
- Tech‑Savvy: navigate core systems (Workday, Coupa, Ascend) and enthusiastic about process automation and AI.
- Mindset: proactive, self‑motivated, policy‑driven with strong attention to detail and high integrity.
- Team & Customer‑First: strong team player with a “can‑do” attitude and a customer‑first approach.
