Position
The Feature Teams work within the Core system of Anaplan. The primary skillset we seek for our open Associate Software Engineer role is Java programming, focusing on core Java, algorithms, and design patterns, rather than configuration-based frameworks. Alongside this, we work with supportive technologies like Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
The teams own projects of all sizes, and members are encouraged to be involved in the whole lifecycle of software delivery, from the design all the way through to the delivery of each feature. Mentoring will be provided, and we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest and desire to learn and grow as a Java developer.
You will join a team of individuals who embrace and respect diverse perspectives, aren’t afraid to push boundaries and try new ideas, and who are passionate about helping our customers and each other succeed. You’ll have a genuine passion for coding and building engineering ecosystems. You’re pragmatic, agile, innovative, and have a respect for the development process and a firm desire to get stuff done by keeping things simple. - Collaborating with the team to deliver new features in a complex codebase at a high level of quality
