Anaplan Inc is seeking a highly experienced Customer Success Business Partner for a critical leave cover. You will manage a key customer portfolio, ensure successful deployment and ongoing health of Anaplan solutions, collaborating with Partners and Professional Services to deliver ROI and long-term customer success.

You will lead executive reviews, identify value opportunities, and act as the customer’s internal advocate while coordinating with renewal teams for risk mitigation and expansion.
