Regional Vice President UKI
At Anaplan, Due to exceptional growth, we are looking for a Regional Vice President of Salesto lead and drive growth across UK
The Regional Vice President (RVP) will report to the AVP UKI and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
The ideal candidate will have experience building and leading sales teams, a strong background in closing software revenue, and expertise in coaching and developing their direct reports.
They must also excel in positioning business value, follow MEDDICC and drive sales excellence in complex sales cycles, as well as cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in large organisations.
- Your Impact
- Lead and guide Enterprise Account Executives to ensure company revenue goals and objectives are consistently exceeded.
- Balance closing current-quarter deals with nurturing longer-term opportunities.
- Coordinate and conduct weekly and monthly one-on-one and team pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions to drive ongoing improvement and best-practice sharing.
- Oversee daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota-exceeding results through effective pipeline management.
- Attract, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent while managing attrition.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business needs and revenue potential for accounts in the assigned region.

- Proven 3 + Years leadership experience leading and growing a team
- Ability to influence, develop, and empower team members to achieve goals through a collaborative approach.
- Experience leading a software company into new markets.
- Confidence in demonstrating Saa S/cloud-based software and engaging business leaders in discussion.
- A strong track record of exceeding sales quotas in complex sales environments.
- Expertise in territory management and planning, both regionally and at the account level.
- Demonstrated ability in teaching, mentoring, and training sales methodologies.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
